Pet Policy
Looking for a home that accommodates everyone in your family is important. That’s why Roberts Commons is proud to be a pet-centric community. Your pets deserve to be welcomed, too.
Pet Run
As a part of our pet-friendly apartment community, RoCo residents will have access to the pet relief area on the fifth floor of the Roberts Commons parking garage. Located on the southeast corner of the garage, the pet relief area is easily accessible. Disposal bags are also provided for your convenience.
Paws, Claws, and More
Cats, dogs, and other varieties of pets* are welcomed at RoCo!
There are no breed restrictions for dogs in our community, though we do have a total combined weight limit of 175 pounds for up to two pets.
Fish tanks up to 40 gallons are also welcome. They are not included in the two-pet limit and are exempt from associated pet fees.
*Other species of pets may be subject to limitations. Wondering if your unique pet is welcome? Ask our property manager!

Fees
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and a $40/month pet rent per pet.
